Skin Care Routine Steps to follow

What’s Your Skin Care Routine:-

The right routine starts with knowing what sort of skin you have. Then you’ll know how to take care of it.

  • Dry skin is flaky, textured, or unpleasant.
  • Oily skin is shiny, greasy, and may have huge pores.
  • Combination skin is dry in certain spots (cheeks) and oily in others (forehead, nose, and chin).
  • Sensitive skin may sting, burn, or itch after you use some makeup or other cosmetics products.
  • Normal skin is balanced, clear, and not sensitive.

Step 1: Cleansing

Any good skincare routine begins with the cleansing step. It may sound like a common step, but a lot of people think that in the morning you don’t have to clean up, but you do!

If you don’t have much time, use a cotton pad soaked in warm water. Wash it, and then pat dry.

Cleaning Dry Skin

If you’ve got dry skin, using a formulated cleanser for your face is particularly necessary. Pick one that’s gentle and hydrated to your skin. A delicate, fragrance-free soap will work just fine for your body. It will make your skin look even clearer.

Cleaning Oily Skin

For this skin type, you might consider your face washing twice a day which reduces the amount of oil on the skin.

Afterward, you may want to use a toner or astringent, but be careful as it may irritate your skin. These products can wash out extra oil from your face, making your face less shiny, and helping keep skin clean.

Cleaning Sensitive Skin

If you have got sensitive skin needs to cleanse your face daily, but you must also choose a cleanser that’s probably to irritate your sensitive skin. Don’t rub or scrub- wash off your face and just pat dry gently.

Frequent cleansing dries and irritates the skin. Try to use comforting ingredients such as aloe, chamomile, green tea polyphenols, and oats. The fewer chemical ingredients in a product, the happier your face you get.

STEP 2: Toning

Next, it’s time to tone. After cleansing toner gets rid of all impurities left onto your skin. Moreover, it also tightens the skin and pores, locking in moisture and removing any oil. Some toners contain moisturizing and soothing ingredients, that make them ideal for sensitive skin types.

Step 3: Moisturize

Afterward applying your moisturizer is the next step. Now You may think you’re too young to use a moisturizer — or your skin is too oily — but all skin types need one every day.

Apply it while your skin is still damp from washing or rinsing to help seal in moisture. Using moisturizer locks in the products you’ve used underneath them and works to protect your skin.

Step 4: Put it on Sunscreen

Your moisturizer may already have sunscreen properties in it. As the sun can damage your skin in only 15 minutes.

So looking for a sunscreen having at least SPF 30 always suggested that gives broad-spectrum protection to your skin. Wear it on a daily basis, even if it’s not sunny or cold. Reapply after every 2 hours.
