How your Morning Routine should be?

It’s important to get yourself in a morning routine, one that will help you to deal with your time, and push off you from feeling distressed, relaxed, fruitful, and in a clear mood.

Your mornings set the tone for the day, And while there are many things you can do in the first part of the day to have a healthy routine. Doing these things will have you prepared to take on the day ahead with a positive attitude.

Here are some Healthy Morning Routines to Start Your Day Off Right……  

SET AN ALARM BEFORE GOING TO BED

That’s the toughest part of the morning. So, no need to rush around, to run out of the door, simply just set an alarm before bed, to get you up the next morning. This will help you manage your time more productively, and plan your mornings from the time your morning alarm clock goes off.

Get in the daily schedule of setting your alarm and you will never be hurrying out the door again! That is…except if you hit SNOOZE! But I think it probably becomes addicted to hitting snooze.

Here are some ideas help you to avoid hitting snooze…..Set another alarm for a few minutes later or you can also put your alarm in your washroom in loud volume. That way, you have to get up to hit it, and once you’re up, you’re a lot likelier to stay up.

DRINK LEMON WATER

Most of us start our mornings with fresh coffee or tea in the wake of getting up. But I think lemon water is the best start for waking up. Get this in the routine every morning.

Drinking lemon water additionally helps balance your pH levels, cures common cold, benefits your skin, and helps reduce pain and irritation in your joints. Also regularly drinking very warm water in the morning, can heal our bodies, providing digestive power and lessening metabolic waste that could have developed in our immune system.

So, Always keep a glass of water by your bedside and drink 8-10 glasses when you wake up. This will boost your energy and make your day awesome!! 😉

Now, let’s make you healthy and fit. Eliminate your excuses, get your workout done in the morning!

Workout in the first part of the day to feel great throughout the day, and give your digestion a boost! Walk into work with your skin glowing, have a progressively gainful day, and after work… Just go home and relax.  

GO FOR A PEACEFUL MEDITATION EXERCISE

Trying meditation (or breathe in-out exercise) also can be the most positive way to wake you up on the bright side. A 10-minute meditation to your morning schedule will help you begin your day in a quiet and relaxed state of mind.

Some forms of meditation include Reflective Meditation (analytical meditation), Mindfulness Meditation, Heart-Centered Meditation, and Creative Meditation.

 

HAVING HEALTHY BREAKFAST

Breakfast – the most important meal of the day. So try to eat something within two to three hours of waking up. Instead of having milk or eggs to have a sound breakfast, starting your day off with a plant-based breakfast will give you the drive you requirement for your day ahead.

And Having greeny breakfast gives you energy, helps with weight loss and boosts your metabolism.  According to Health.com, these are the best foods to have for breakfast- Oatmeal, Greek Yogurt, Grapefruit, Bananas, Eggs, Blueberries, Strawberries, and Cereal.  

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER – MUST TO DO MORNING ROUTINE STEP

Many people skip drinking enough water throughout the day. Instead of drinking water only when feeling thirsty, try to hydrate yourself every 2 hours.

You know our bodies are 60% water, and to make it to 100% you should consume 40% of water. If you are a working person. And, headaches, fatigue, and even overeating are common problems. So, to avoid these — it’s important to drink water.
